The feature of the courtyard is the large pool, with a small separate children's pool, surrounded by some sunbathing areas. I felt like I was relaxing in my own private oasis, with the refreshing pool providing a welcome escape from the Gambian heat. With the sun shining down and the sound of laughter filling the air, it felt like a tropical paradise.

The location of the apartments was perfect for my weekend getaway. I appreciated the comfortable bed for a good night's sleep and the friendly staff who were always ready to assist. The big shower was also a bonus for a refreshing start to the day.

The apartments could do with a little upgrading, especially the kitchen utensils and cutlery which were a bit rusty. The Internet connection in one of the apartments was unreliable.
